Local Enrolments

Thank you for considering our school for your child’s education.

We welcome visits prior to enrolment and look forward to meeting you.

You will need to come along to school to collect and fill out an enrolment form as soon as possible.

We love to have any children who are going to be New Entrants at our school enrolling as soon as possible.  We like to invite them along to our transition class which runs on a Wednesday afternoon for a block of time each term.  The children can come along to this at least a term before starting school with us.  The emphasis at these visits is on getting to know children who will be starting around the same time as your child and to also get to know one of the teachers in the Piwakawaka Team.
We also have classroom visits where your child comes along for blocks of time during a school day and is part of our Piwakawaka Team.  This allows your child to see and interact in the normal classroom programme.  We allow for at least 3 of these visits but welcome more to help your child to have a successful transition to school.

You will need to bring along the follow documents to be photocopied for your child’s records:

• Birth Certificate
• 5 Year Old Immunisation Certificate, once it has been completed.
